Begin with people and purpose
A relationship-centered journey begins with the people, communities, churches, and professional relationships already carrying shared history or a credible invitation. Geography supports those relationships. Regional movement creates enough time for listening, rest, service, reflection, and meaningful follow-through.
Purpose governs accumulation. A fuller calendar carries little value when it fragments attention. Each stop earns its place through relationship, service, formation, restoration, collaboration, or a clear assignment developed with local partners.
Use anchors and corridors
Anchors are places where trusted relationships, suitable lodging, ministry opportunity, professional continuity, health needs, and practical access can converge. Corridors connect anchors through carefully chosen visits. The route remains provisional until hosts, travel conditions, and accommodations are confirmed.
The 2027 movement begins in the Southeast, continues through the Northeast, moves through the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, and reaches the West Coast and Hawaii. Tampa serves as the launch point. The journey then advances through the year without routine returns to the launch city.
Make sustainability part of faithfulness
Rest, nutrition, movement, medical continuity, secure lodging, transportation, work responsibilities, financial limits, and personal boundaries belong within the design. These practices help the traveler remain present, clear, and capable of completing the course.
After each encounter, record what occurred, protect private details, complete promises, and identify the next relational step. Field fruit becomes part of the continuing formation synthesis, allowing experience to refine future preparation and service.
